Most of my time goes to running a US ride-share platform: the AWS estate in Terraform, delivery on GitHub Actions, a years-long on-call rotation and the incidents that come with it, and the Datadog, Sentry, and CloudWatch signal that says what is actually happening. On top of that sits a growing layer of agentic tooling: daily infrastructure and business digests, an autonomous security scanner, and an orchestrator that drives coding agents through bug-fix work in isolated git worktrees. I build these for myself first; the ones teammates pick up are the ones that get better.
The thread through all of it: I like owning the whole system, from the product code to the DNS record. If it isn't in version control, it isn't real.

Ride-share platform
Four years and counting on a US ride-share platform. I started in the Node backend and now own the platform underneath it: the AWS estate in Terraform, GitHub Actions pipelines with PR-gated plan and apply, and the on-call rotation, running incidents end to end, writing the follow-ups, and tuning alerting until every page is one worth waking up for. Observability on Datadog, Sentry, and CloudWatch. Lately, agentic tooling: daily infra and business-health digests, an AI security scanner that traces dataflow file by file, and an orchestrator running autonomous bug-fixing agents against iOS simulators.

Virtual workplace and workforce tools for thousands of distributed contact-centre workers. I worked across the Nuxt and Rails apps and owned the Azure provisioning in Terraform and the authentication service behind the product family.

A marketplace for advertising on networks of digital panels: playlists, slot reservations, pricing, and analytics. Rails on AWS, delivered through CircleCI.

QR-code customer support that routes complaints, suggestions, and reorders into a client's CRM, with a React Native app; and Apple Wallet passes plus QR check-in for corporate events.

Where it started
A summer internship on an IoT cold-chain monitoring product: hardware sensors, a Rails app, real customers. I came back the next year for good.

A remote MCP server on Cloudflare Workers that lets AI agents manage DNS records. OAuth-gated, scope-limited, and in use for real zones.

Personal infrastructure as code
Every domain I own (DNS records, page rules, redirects) lives in Terraform, changed by pull request. Including this one.

Three tools, one day
A hackathon experiment: three infrastructure CLIs (architecture diagrams from IaC, a Terraform cost optimizer, and an HCL-to-Pulumi converter) built in parallel AI coding sessions in about four hours.

Self-hosted everything
A family of small products on one repeatable template: recipe collections, puzzle shelves, padel match tracking. Next.js, Postgres, Docker, and a Caddy server I answer to personally.
